“ Great Cuban food. The restaurant is clean, the wait staff is on point and the prizes are reasonable. ”
“ This place has been on my bucket list for quite some time. My wife and I enjoyed our visit. We both had some great chicken soup. I followed-up the soup with a Cuban sandwich and some tostones. My wife had congris (stir-fried rice and beans) with ham croquettas. The soup and croquettas were fantastic. My sandwich was good, but would have benefited by being grilled and hot instead of being cold. We also enjoyed our drinks - guarapo de caña (sugar cane juice drinks), as well as the Cuban coffee. Overall, a great visit ”
“ Great menu choices. Refreshing to find a good, cozy Latin American restaurant in the Ann Arbor area. Tried their chicken fricasé, picadillo, flan and quesito. All fantastic. So wonderful to find guarapo de caña! We will be back. ”

“ Sometimes you find the most amazing dining options in the least expected places. When I think of Ypsilanti the thought of Cuban food would never cross my mind. I've come to realize that the city has a diverse culinary scene that needs to be experienced first hand, and LACC is no exception. As beautifully presented as the menu was, I found myself having to Google what these items were so I could get a better idea of what I would be ordering. I actually like that because it means these dishes are probably authentic and made with care. I settled on the Picadillo al la Cubano. It was a seasoned ground beef dish served with fried sweet plantains and rice. It was so simple, but my goodness was it delicious. I finished my lunch with a flan for dessert which didn't disappoint. The restaurant was not that busy when I came in which was a shame. I hope that is not a common occurrence here because this place deserves plenty of business if they are offering such great food! ”
“ This place sits in a plaza off of ellsworth in ypsilanti. On entering you see a large menu that you can order from. They also have menus that you can read while sitting down. There is a wide variety of Latin and Cuban food. I decided on the cubana chicken Wrap. It comes in a wrap with chicken rice tomatoes, green peppers and spices along with beans. It kind of reminds me of a Mexican burrito. it did take them a little while to prepare it. But it's nice to know it's made fresh. the rap was good, but I've had better seasoned wraps elsewhere. Brit I will try some of the other selections in the future. I am glad I stopped here and checked it out. ”
“ Shockingly UNREAL Cuban food in-between Ann Arbor and Ypsi. My husband and I split the ropa vieja, the Cubano, and some tostones. We heavily debated what dish was our favorite; the Cubano was one of the best we've ever had, but the ropa vieja was super flavorful and tender. We talked about the food for days afterwards, so we most certainly will return. Tips for fellow always-chilly folks: the AC is cranked in there. Plan accordingly and bring a sweater or jacket. ”
“ This place by far has the best Cuban sandwich I have tasted. Beats Miami the coffee is about the same in taste but good. It's a little of a drive from Detroit to Ypsilanti but after eating here it was well worth the trip. You get one to one service which is great and of course you have the little Havana vibe. I don't consider this place a dive it's way above that. Try the strawberry shake as a desert and trying an IRON BEER is unique that is if you tried one. That's is all.
